Sign-Up & Selection Policies

ONE ENTRY PER OLDEST CHILD FOR SELECTION-DAY LOTTERY

 

• Due to limited availability of cabin and RV spots, sign-ups for Selection-Day lottery are limited to one entry per oldest child.

 

SWITCHING TO 8TH-GRADE LOTTERY

 

• 8th-Grade families may try their luck in the general Selection-Day lottery. After the Selection-Day schedule is published, 8th-grade families are permitted to switch to the 8th-Grade lottery. Those switching will be removed from the Selection-Day schedule.

SELECTION TIMES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE

 

• You may not transfer your scheduled selection time to another family.

 

SELECTION-DAY PROXIES

 

• If you are unable to make your scheduled selection time, you may designate a friend to select accommodations for your family as your proxy.

 

SELECTED ACCOMMODATIONS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE

 

• You may not transfer your selected accommodation to another family. If you are unable to use your selected accommodation, you must notify the North Star Campout committee as soon as possible so that the committee can attempt to fill your spot from the Cancellation Waitlist.
