Campout weekend is almost here!

Friday, May 16
Kick-Off Picnic
6 PM
Main Meadow
The Campout Committee invites everyone to El Capitan Canyon for a family picnic in the Main Meadow. Bring your own family dinner, enjoy some welcome treats, and shop new Festival Wear!
What to bring:
• A picnic blanket or chairs
• Food and drinks for your own family
No time to stop for food on the way?
Order from The El Capitan Canyon Market to have your meal ready when you arrive.
Outdoor Movie
7:30 PM
Main Meadow & RV Park
Grab your favorite chair or a cozy blanket, and get ready to kick back and enjoy a magical movie night under the stars!
Pool w/ Lifeguard
10 AM - 5 PM
Lifeguards will be at El Capitan Canyon Pool and Sun Outdoors RV Pool from 10 AM to 5 PM on Friday and Saturday.
Saturday, May 17

Volleyball Tournament
12 PM - 3 PM
Main Meadow
The first round will be played at 12:00 on top of the main meadow of El Capitan Canyon.
Family Games
11 AM - 12 PM
Main Meadow
Meet on the Main Meadow for fun family games: Sack race, water balloon toss and more!
Ice Cream Social
3 PM - 4 PM
Main Meadow
& RV Park
Head over to pick up a delicious cold treat.
Horseshoe Tournament
11 AM - 4 PM
Main Meadow
Each team consists of one parent and one child. If you are interested in playing, sign up by May 13th.
Talent Show
7 PM
Main Meadow
Join us for an unforgettable night of laughter and talent as our students take the stage to showcase their incredible jokes, dance moves, and singing abilities—don’t forget your blanket or chair to catch amazing moment!
Sunday, May 18
Check-out time is 11 am. The campout event concludes after Mass.
Please drive carefully.
There are no lifeguards or pool hours on Sunday morning.
Outdoor Mass
9 AM - 10 AM
Main Meadow
Join your fellow campers for Mass followed by donuts and coffee. Those present will be entered into a drawing for priority selection for 2026.

El Capitan Canyon Market
The Canyon Market carries just about anything happy campers might need. Their kitchen serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner for dine-in or take-out. BBQ kits, s'mores, and ready-to-grill items are available too!
Special Lunch Option
Saturday, May 17
El Capitan Canyon Resort has created a special boxed Northstar Campout lunch option for Saturday. Each meal will include the sandwich of your choice with Savorsmith Crisps (chips), bottled water, and whole fruit.
This is separate from the main menu as this is just for our group.
