Opening Night

Friday, May 15

Find Your Flag, Feed Your Family, Play Together

The Main Meadow fills with blankets, camp chairs, and kids who spotted their friends before the car doors were even open. And parents who've been waiting all year for this.

Bring your own family dinner or join the potluck. Whatever you choose, find your grade's flag, spread out your blanket, and settle in. Opening night brings music, campout trivia, prizes, and campfire stories under the stars.

(Open Mic)

  • Kids and parents take the mic — ghost stories, tall tales, and favorite campout memories all welcome

Optional Potluck

You're welcome to bring your own family meal to opening night, but if you'd like to join the shared spread, we'd love to have you.

HOW IT WORKS

1 / Choose what you'll bring

Choose a ticket for what you'll bring: a main dish, a side dish, drinks, or a dessert to share that can feed 10–12 people.

2 / Ticket = What you'll bring

Select a ticket for the dish (or dishes) you'll bring. That ticket (and dish) covers your whole family — no per-person tickets needed.

3 / Share & Enjoy

Show up Friday evening with your dish and enjoy the full potluck. Then settle in for trivia and campout stories.

The potluck is our way of turning Friday dinner into a shared table. Sign up to bring a dish; your contribution is your RSVP. One ticket (potluck contribution) is good for your whole family.
