What information do we collect and how do we use it?
To register you for the North Star Campout, we ask you to provide information about your family, including full names, email addresses, phone numbers, children’s ages, and children’s grade levels.
We use this information to organize the event and to create reservations for on-site accommodations.
We provide your information to El Capitan Canyon and Sun Outdoors Santa Barbara so that they may set up their reservation system in advance of campout weekend.
How do we protect your information?
To collect and store your information, we use certain services that protect your information with 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.
Credit Card Transactions
North Star Campout does not collect payment for your overnight accommodations. You will make those arrangements separately.
However, to collect attendee fees, North Star Campout employs the following payment gateway for credit card transactions:
