ON-SITE ACCOMMODATION PAYMENTS

BEFORE PAYING FOR ACCOMODATIONS YOU REGISTERED FIRST?

Before paying for accommodations, you must register for the event.
DO NOT proceed unless you have already registered (paid attendee fee, signed camper agreements, etc.).
All registered adults, if you haven't yet signed our camper agreement, please check your email (including spam folder) for a message from JotForm Sign.

PAYMENT NOTES:

You must pay for your on-site accommodations by April 7.
Must make full payment.
No late payments accepted.
Unpaid accommodations will be forfeited.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

If you are staying at Sun Outdoors RV Park (RV and Tent spots)...

On April 3rd, Sun Outdoors will email you a link to complete payment for your RV or Tent spot.

If you are staying at El Capitan Canyon (Cabins and Yurts)...

Follow instructions below to pay for your May 16 to May 18 accommodations at El Capitan Canyon.

(If you would like to book an additional night, you can make note of that during check-out - see further instructions below.)

PLEASE NOTE:

Reservation website may sometimes be unavailable from 9:30pm to 11pm.
Reservation website works best on Google Chrome web browser.

EL CAPITAN PAYMENTS:

Step 1: Go to El Capitan Group Reservations Website

Step 2: Enter Group Code: booking code coming soon (booking code will autofill)

Step 3: Select dates - May 16 to May 18 (only these dates will work)

NOTE: You can ignore the “Adults” and “Children” fields.

Step 4: Click Check Availability button.

Step 5: Find your cabin type and click the Book button for that cabin type.

NOTE: Your cabin type is indicated by the first two letters of your assigned cabin number.

SC - Safari Cabin Suite

MS - Meadow Suite

CR - Corral Loft

CL - Canyon Loft Cabin

CS - Canyon Suite Cabin

CK - Creekside King Cabin

CV - Central Village Cabin

CC - Creekside Queen Cabin

CQ - Canyon Queen Cabin

CB - Canyon Bunk Cabin

AY - Adventure Yurt

Step 6: Fill out Guest Information

Step 7: In Comments box, please note:

Your assigned cabin number
Your interest in booking an additional night (if your cabin is available).

Step 8: Add credit card information and complete check out.

NOTE: It may take up to 12 hours to receive a confirmation email.

Want to book your cabin an additional night?

If you noted your interest in booking an additional night (see Step 7 above), and your cabin is available, El Capitan will book the additional night as part of your stay and new total will be reflected on your confirmation email.

If you noted your interest in booking an additional night (see Step 7 above), and your cabin is NOT available, El Capitan will contact you to discuss options.

Are you sharing accommodations with another family?

Only one family - the family whose name appears on the Live Map - can complete this payment process with El Capitan Canyon. (Sharing families will have to work out split payment amongst themselves.)

NOTE: The family whose name appears on the Live Map must be present to check-in (to receive keys, etc.).
